30-Day Issue Resolution
We allow 30 days after delivery to notify us of any issues. Whether it’s a manufacturing defect, damage, or dissatisfaction, our team is here to assist.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
24-Hour Flexibility: You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it at no extra cost.
Adjustments After 24 Hours: A 10% fee will apply for changes requested after 24 hours, provided production has not started. Once production has begun, modifications to the image, size, or framing options are no longer possible.
Address Updates: Addresses can be updated until the order ships, provided the new address is within the same zip code. Changes to a different town, state, or country are not allowed. Damage, Dissatisfaction & Returns
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your item arrives damaged or if the received product differs in image, size, or frame from your original order, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage or defect, along with the barcode, for prompt resolution.
Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the size, color, or have changed your mind, we offer two options:
Returned products will be responsibly discarded or donated to charity, as they cannot be resold or restocked.
Partial Store Credit:
We provide partial store credit, retaining 33% of the original cost to cover production, materials, labor, and our actual shipping cost from us to you (even if you received free shipping).
The store credit will be issued as a non-combinable coupon code, which cannot be used with other promotions. This credit can be applied toward any future purchase.
Full Return (Upon Request):
You will be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping.

Custom Artwork:
For custom-made items, including canvases created from images you upload, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or damage.
